Return & Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing or intending to purchase Klapz at Klapz Club. We appreciate the fact that you like to buy the stuff we build. It's th one and only affordable & constructive way to keep the public-creatiors afloat.

As with any shopping experience, there are terms and conditions that apply to transactions at Klapz Club. The main thing to remember is that by placing an order or making a purchase at Klapz Club, you agree to the terms set forth below along with Policy.

Usage

The klapz purchased on the mobile-app can be used to appreciate & fund any digital creators on the intenet, platforms which Klapz support. As of 8th March 20201, it is only YouTube.

These Klapz can be used either on the YouTube app (using SHARE widget) or Klapz app.

Refund

At any point of time, the customer can email to support@klapz.club seeking a refund of all the unutilised Klapz in their wallet. Klapz support team will refund to the same bank account (from which the Klapz were purchased) in a span of 3 working days.

By using our website/app, registering an account, or making a purchase, you hereby consent to our Return & Refund Policy and agree to its terms.

Changes To Our Return & Refund Policy

Should we update, amend or make any changes to this document so that they accurately reflect our Service and policies. Unless otherwise required by law, those changes will be prominently posted here.
